Our Facilities: What We’re Working With

INDOOR KITCHEN: Our kitchen is equipped with one induction burner, some refrigeration, a convection oven, a panini press, and a three-sink for washing dishes. It is important to note that we do not have kitchen hoods. Pop-ups are not permitted to create any protein vapors (including eggs) or smoke. Pop-ups are encouraged to prep proteins offsite, and keep them warm for service via hot plates/warmers. 

OUTDOOR FACILITIES: Our outdoor patio is open air and great for grilling. Food Trucks are encouraged to inquire! We have a 50 AMP outlet for trucks to plug into.

Your Requirements: What You’re Working With

Pop-up vendors must provide their own POS/order taking system. 

Pop-up vendors must show proof of food service license; whether temporary, fixed, mobile, or STFU (that’s a Special Transitory Food Unit).

We know you’re serious about this, and so are we! We’ll be marketing your pop-up and preparing for it in advance. Vendors must submit a $100 deposit at time we agree on a date. The deposit will be returned after completion of the event.
